Public Meeting Notices for Hillsdale County

Pursuant to Pubic Act 528 of 2012, we place notices of irregular and special meetings and changes as required by the Michigan Open Meetings Act. We do not post here the regular schedule of meetings. Regular meetings are posted elsewhere on this site or on the Hillsdale County Community Center at www.hillsdalecounty.info. It is also a good idea to check the community calendar on the Hillsdale County Community Center site.

PLAT BOARD MEETING – FEBRUARY 5, 2013

The Hillsdale County Plat Board will be meeting on Tuesday, February 5, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. on the first floor lobby of the new addition of the Courthouse.  The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss and approve any recommended changes to the Policies and Procedure for Review and Approval of Plats.

The Board may address any other issues that come before them.

BOARD OF CANVASSERS MEETING

FEBRUARY 27, 2013 1:00 P.M.

The Hillsdale County Board of Canvassers will be meeting on Wednesday, February 27, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. on the first floor lobby of the new addition of the Courthouse. The purpose of the meeting will be to canvass the election results held on Tuesday, February 26, 2013 regarding the following:

• Reading Township – Ordinance 2012-01 Referendum

• Jonesville Community Schools – Operating Millage Renewal Proposal

The Board may address any other issues that come before them.
